1.자몽을 반으로 자른다. 계량컵에 주스를 착즙해 약 ½컵 (125ml)을 만든다. 작은 스푼으로 자몽에서 과육을 긁어 별도의 그릇에 약 ½컵 (125ml)을 만든다. 따로 둔다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
