1.자몽 주스, 레드 와인 식초, 소금과 필요시 머스터드를 핸드 블렌더, 푸드 프로세서 또는 블렌더에 넣거나 포크를 이용해 살짝 섞는다. 천천히 구멍을 통해 오일을 넣거나, 일련의 재료를 함께 섞고 에멀전 형태가 될 때까지 휘저어 준다. 남은 오일도 재빨리 구멍으로 통해 넣고 섞는다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
