2.구이용 접시에 연어를 놓고 소금 1\/4작은술로 간한다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
3.골고루 익을 때까지, 약 15분간 연어를 굽는다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
4.살몬을 굽는 동안, 소스를 준비한다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
5.플로리다 자몽 1개에서 과육을 떼어 둔다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
6.플로리다 자몽 1개에서 과즙을 착즙하여 둔다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
7.중간 프라이팬을 중불로 달군다. 샬롯을 넣고 부드러워질 때까지 약 2분간 볶는다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
8.프라이팬에 생강, 플로리다 자몽 주스, 꿀, 카옌 페퍼를 넣고 끓인다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
9.소스가 반으로 줄 때까지 10분 가량 끓인다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
10.레몬 주스를 넣고 소금으로 간한다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
11.서빙 직전, 플로리다 자몽 조각, 바질 잎을 소스에 넣는다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
