1.드레싱: 앤초비 페이스트, 머스터드, 마늘 1큰술을 푸드 프로세서에 넣고 부드러워질 때까지 혼합하여 퓨레를 만든다. 프로세서가 작동 중이 상태에서, 플로리다 오렌지 주스 2컵과 올리브 오일을 천천히 넣고 잘 섞은 후 뚜껑을 덮어 냉장 보관한다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
2.마리네이드: 플로리다 자몽 주스, 라임 주스, 올드베이 시즈닝, 남은 마늘과 플로리다 오렌지 주스를 섞어 따로 둔다. 꼬치 12개에 각각 새우 8마리씩 끼우고, 마리네이드에 재워 4시간 동안 냉장한다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
