1.중간 크기 소스팬에 기름을 두르고 중불로 가열한 후 퀴노아를 넣는다. 퀴노아가 황갈색을 띌 때까지 저어주면서 약 5분간 익힌다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
2.아몬드, 잣을 넣고 견과류가 구워질 때까지 2 – 3분간 저어가며 익힌다. 파 1 ½컵, 자몽 주스 1컵, 치킨 스톡 1컵, 카옌 페퍼, 소금, 후추를 넣고 섞일 때까지 젓는다. 끓을 때까지 가열한 후 불을 줄이고 뚜껑을 덮어 20분간 조리한다. 가끔 저어면서 필요한 경우, 자몽 주스와 치킨 스톡을 더 넣어준다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
