1.냉동 가능 팬에 자몽 주스를 1.3cm 미만으로 따라 냉동실에 넣는다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
2.자몽 주스는 얼리고 아보카도는 으깬다. 오렌지주스, 양파, 고수, 간장, 참기름을 섞어 따로 둔다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
3.남은 참치와 아보카도 혼합물을 균등하게 나눠 잔 속에 차례로 쌓는다. 제공할 준비가 될 때까지 냉장보관 한다.<\/p>
참치를 반으로 나눠 60ml 짜리 잔 6개에 나눠 담는다. 아보카도 혼합물을 반으로 나눠 잔에 담긴 참치 위에 쌓는다.<\/p>

4.냉동실에서 자몽 주스를 꺼내어 포크로 긁어 자몽 얼음 가루를 만든다. 각각의 잔 위에 자몽 얼음을 큰 스푼 하나 가득 올려 즉시 낸다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
