        삼겹살 BBQ 슬라이더<\/span>

        1.양념 준비: 볼에 일련의 재료를 넣고 완전히 섞는다. 비금속 구이용 팬에 삼겹살을 올리고 그 위에 양념을 부은 후 뚜껑을 덮고 냉장보관 한다. 최소 3시간 또는 가급적 하룻밤 양념에 재운다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

        2.삼겹살과 양념을 뚜껑이 덮인 구이용 팬 그대로 135℃ 오븐에 넣고 삼겹살에 포크가 들어갈 정도까지 2 – 2 ½시간 동안 익힌다.  <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

        3.생강 자몽 처트니 준비: 설탕과 식초를 중간 크기 소스팬에 넣어 섞은 후 반 가량 줄어들 때까지 중불에서 끓인다. 자몽 조각, 생강, 카레 가루를 넣고 수분이 증발할 때까지 계속 끓인다. 불을 끄고 따로 둔다.  <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

        4.양념에서 삼겹살을 꺼내고 양념은 따로 둔다. 삼겹살을 두께 2cm, 길이 7.5cm 크기로 자른다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

        5.중불에서 소테팬을 달군다. 삼겹살 양면이 갈색으로 바삭해질 때까지 굽는다. 삼겹살에 윤기를 살리기 위해 따로 보관해둔 양념잠을 소테팬에 넣는다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

        6.고기가 조리되는 동안, 빵을 데운다. 데운 빵에 삼겹살을 올리고 적채와 생강 자몽 처트니를 토핑하여 낸다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
