1.일련의 재료들을 혼합해 섞는다. 모조를 국자로 떠 마히에 뿌리고 남은 모조는 따로 둔다. 2시간 동안 양념에 재운다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
2.마늘, 양파, 고추가 부드러워질 때까지 볶는다. 콩과 치킨 스톡을 넣고 15분간 익힌다. 블렌더에 넣고 부드러워질 때까지 블렌딩 한 후 간한다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
3.소테팬에 샐러드 오일을 넣고 뜨거워질 때까지 가열한다. 마히 필렛을 넣고 각 면을 약 2분 가량 익힌다. 검은콩 소스를 국자로 떠 접시에 담고 그 위에 마히 필렛을 올린다. 남은 모조를 국자로 떠 생선 위에 뿌린다. 원하는 경우, 매쉬드 포테이토를 곁들여 낸다. 자몽 조각으로 가니쉬 한다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
