1.재밀봉이 가능한 4리터짜리 대형 비닐백에 자몽 주스, 올리브 오일, 다진 적양파, 마늘, 로즈마리, 소금, 후추를 넣고 섞는다. 단단히 백을 밀봉한 후 재료가 섞일 수 있도록 흔들어준다. 양고기를 넣고 단단히 밀봉한 후, 양념이 양고기에 잘 묻도록 흔들어준다. 최소 30분 또는 하루 동안 양고기를 냉장보관 한다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
