주니퍼 크러스트: 주니퍼 베리, 고수씨, 펜넬씨, 검정 알후추를 양념 분쇄기에 넣어 간다. 중간 굵기 정도로 갈아 따로 둔다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
플로리다 자몽 처트니: 중간 크기 소스냄비에 갈색 설탕과 레드 와인 식초를 넣고 중불에서 끓인다. 재료가 1\/3으로 줄어들 때까지 졸인다. 플로리다 자몽 조각, 시나몬, 월계수 잎, 석류즙을 넣는다. 수분이 증발하고 처트니가 걸쭉해질 때까지 조리한다. 따로 둔다.<\/p>
양념에서 양갈비를 꺼내 키친타월로 두드려 물기를 제거한다. 주니퍼 크러스트 혼합물로 간한다. 중불에서 원하는 온도로 양갈비를 굽는다.<\/p>
