1.오븐을 175℃로 예열한다. 닭은 구이용 팬에 놓고 따로 둔다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
2.강불로 달군 작은 팬에 펜넬씨와 알후추를 넣고 향이 올라올 때까지 2 – 3분간 볶는다. 소형 푸드 프로세서에 옮겨 담은 후, 소금과 마늘 가루를 넣고 곱게 간다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
3.작은 믹싱볼에 곱게 간 향신료 혼합물, 플로리다 자몽 주스 ¼컵, 꿀을 넣고 저어 글레이즈를 만든다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
4.글레이즈 반은 닭에 뿌리고, 나머지 반은 조리 도중 글레이즈할 용도로 남겨 둔다. 남은 플로리다 자몽 1개는 얇은 원형으로 슬라이스 한 후 닭 위와 주변에 놓는다. 황갈색이 되고 내부 온도가 75℃가 될 때까지 1시간 30분 굽는다. 조리 시작 45분 후 다시 글레이즈 한다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
