1.얕은 유지 접시에 자몽 주스, 올리브 오일, 마조람, 소금, 후추를 섞는다. 생선을 넣는다. 양쪽이 코팅될 수 있게 한번 뒤집은 후, 뚜껑을 덮고 1 – 2시간 냉장 보관하면서 한번 또는 두번 더 뒤집어 준다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
