1.오일을 살짝 두른 소스팬에 양파와 생강을 넣고 부드러워질 때까지 약 5분간 강불에 볶는다. 오렌지 제스트, 과즙, 간장, 자몽 주스, 설탕을 넣고 끓인다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
2. 50% 줄어들 때까지 약불에서 약 10 – 15분간 조리한다. 맛을 확인한 후, 즉시 블렌더에 옮겨 담고 부드러워질 때까지 블렌딩 한다. 오일을 뿌린다. 너무 부드러워질 때까지 블렌딩 하지 않도록 한다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
