1.자몽 주스, 꿀, 소금, 머스터드 (옵션)를 믹서기, 푸드 프로세서, 블렌더, 또는 포크나 거품기를 이용해 살짝 섞는다. 에멀전 제형이 될 때까지 스트림을 이용해 천천히 오일을 넣거나 (거품기로 젓는 경우 한 방울씩), 또는 한번에 넣고 살짝 휘저어준다. 남은 오일도 재빨리 스트림에 넣는다. 소금을 조절하거나 오일 또는, 필요한 경우 식초를 넣어 간을 맞춘다. 다진 마늘과 후추를 넣는다. 바로 만들어 신선하게 먹는 게 최고지만, 며칠 동안 냉장보관 할 수 있다. 사용 전 상온에 꺼내 놓는다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
