1.접시 4개에 양상추 잎을 나란히 놓고 야채를 손으로 찢어 그 위에 올린다. 볼 위에서 자몽 과육을 자르고 나온 과즙은 따로 둔다. 과육에서 씨를 제거한다. 야채 위에 자몽 과육, 토마토, 게살, 고추 링을 올린다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
