    1.작은 볼에 올리브 오일 2큰술, 식초, 샬롯, 민트, 고수, 플로리다 자몽 주스, 꿀을 섞은 후, 소금과 후추로 간한다. 플로리다 자몽의 껍질을 벗기고, 가로 1.3cm 두께 원형으로 4조각 슬라이스 한다. 자른 조각들은 서빙용 접시에 옮긴다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
