1.계란과 아몬드 우유를 용기에 넣어 섞는다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
2.믹싱볼에 밀가루와 설탕을 섞는다. 섞는 동안 계란과 우유 혼합물을 밀가루 믹스에 천천히 넣는다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
3.반죽이 부드러워질 때까지 잘 섞는다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
4.눌지 않는 프라이팬을 중불에 달군다. 뜨거워지면 식용유 스프레이를 팬에 가볍게 4 – 5회 가량 뿌린다. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
5.한번에 지름 9cm짜리 팬케이크 2 – 3개를 구울 수 있게 맞추어 천천히 혼합물을 팬에 붓는다. 주의: 팬케이크는 얇아야 한다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
6.1 – 2분 후 팬케이크가 약간 노릇해지면, 뒤집어 반대쪽도 동일하게 굽는다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
7.다음 팬케이크를 굽는 동안, 구운 팬케이크는 따뜻하게 유지시킨다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
