1.배추를 4등분 하고 줄기를 다듬는다. 한입 크기로 자른다. 큰 볼에 넣고 소금을 섞는다. 배추 위에 무거운 것을 올리고 1시간 이상 둔다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
2.배추를 소쿠리에 옮겨 잘 헹군다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
3.강판을 이용해 마늘과 생강을 갈고, 고춧가루와 설탕을 넣어 잘 섞는다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
4.플로리다 자몽 조각과 제스트 외 남은 모든 재료와 배추를 양념에 넣고 골고루 섞는다. 깨끗한 유리병에 담아 밀폐시킨 후 서늘하고 어둡고 건조한 곳에서 1주일 보관한다. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
