1.물 ½컵에 옥수수 전분을 녹인 후, 비반응성 소스팬에 붓고 물 ½컵을 추가해 섞이도록 젓는다. 크랜베리, 설탕, 자몽 주스, 자몽 제스트, 바닐라를 넣고 섞이도록 저은 후 끓인다. 끓기 시작하면 약불로 줄이고 혼합물이 걸쭉해지고 투명해질 때까지 15분간 가끔 저어가며 끓인다. 불을 끄고 자몽 과육을 넣어 섞는다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
