1.믹싱볼에 밀가루, 우유, 비트 주스, 계란, 오렌지 제스트를 넣고 반죽이 부드러워질 때까지 젓는다. 스패츨 드로퍼에 담긴 반죽을 냄비의 끓는 물에 떨어뜨린다. 모든 반죽이 물에 떨어질 때까지 드로퍼를 앞뒤로 움직인다. 반죽이 떠오르면, 스패츨을 체로 건져낸 후 얼음물에 담가둔다. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
2.작은 냄비에 자몽 주스와 샬롯을 넣고 ¼컵이 될 때까지 졸인 후 따로 둔다. 큰 롱도 팬에 올리브 오일을 두르고 중강불로 달군다. 오일에서 연기가 나면 건져낸 스패츨을 넣고 황금빛 갈색을 띌 때까지 볶다가, 잣을 넣고 볶는다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
