1.자몽과 오렌지의 껍질을 벗기고 0.6cm 두께 원형으로 슬라이스 한다. 깊은 접시에 시트러스 슬라이스를 약간 겹치게 놓는다. 프라이팬에 설탕을 넣고 중불에서 10분간 끓인 후, 설탕이 녹기 시작하면 휘저어준다. 설탕이 완전히 녹아 짙은 호박색이 될 때까지 계속 저어주면서 끓인다. 불을 끄고 캐러멜화 된 설탕을 과일 위에 뿌린다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
2.토핑처럼 아삭한 캔디로 바로 내거나, 캐러멜화 된 설탕이 굳을 때까지 약 2시간 또는 낼 준비가 될 때까지 뚜껑을 덮고 냉장보관 한다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
