1. 밀가루와 아이싱 슈가를 체에 한번 걸러 믹싱볼에 담는다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

3. 버터를 밀가루 반죽에 부슬부슬한 질감이 될 때까지 문질러준다. 깨끗한 작업대에 옮겨 반죽이 될 때까지 눌러준 다음 지름 약 5cm의 원통 모양으로 말아 냉장고에 1시간 동안 보관한다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
4. 쿠키 반죽을 2cm 두께로 잘라 베이킹 트레이에 올려준다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
5. 비스킷이 실온으로 예열되면(15~20분 정도 소요) 엄지손가락으로 각 비스킷의 윗부분을 눌러줘 모양을 만든다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
