2. 계란, 설탕, 그랑마니에를 손휘퍼로 저어주며 혼합한다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
3. 포도씨유와 자몽제스트, 그릭요거트를 넣고 혼합한다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
4. 체 친 박력분, 베이킹파우더를 혼합한다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
5. 전처리한 4가지 건과일을 넣고 혼합한다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
6. 스쿱으로 반죽을 떠서 실리콘몰드에 80g씩 팬닝한다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
7. 180℃로 예열한 컨벡션오븐에 넣고 20분간 소성한다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
8. 오븐에서 꺼내어 몰드를 가볍게 내리친 다음 유산지-타공팬을 올려 뒤집어서 케익시트를 빼낸 다음 식힌다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
9. 자몽슈가아이싱을 짤주머니에 채워 케익 시트 윗 면에 한 겹 짜준다.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
